My work as an interaction designer and producer

is focused on the emotional disposition of the inner person and how

this influences our behavior within the context of our everyday life experiences.  Whether it is a 1st person 3D video game, a meditation experience delivered through virtual reality, or non-linear narratives about adolescence and love,

I am most interested in immersive media that decreases cognitive dissonance and enhances consumer well-being on an interpersonal level.

The Being Academy Presents: A Conversation On Meditation

Read more Our nervous systems, heart rates, and breathing quality give us indications of whether or not we’re doing well in life. Our nervous systems and our bodies know the truth better than we do. It’s time to live a stress free life regardless of the challenges we face. We were imagined in the mind of God to live a very good life. Manifesting this reality begins with our breath. We want flow in our bodies not tension. We want to feel orgasmic and alive. Ocean breathing and meditation can help us achieve this and enhance our capacity to cultivate internal peace. At the Being Academy we call this "Innertainment." Join us Saturday, October 10, 2020 for the start of a new wellness revolution, The Breathing Room. You have the right to enjoy your life, and one of the keys to igniting this joy is proper breathing. We are exciting to ride this wave with you. 🙏🏾 For more information about our company and updates on our content/product launches, visit www.mybeingacademy.com.
